New Opportunity - Direct Hire! 

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor for a client in the west metro! The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a safe and positive environment. 

Schedule: 4:00pm - 12:30am; Monday - Friday

• Oversees warehouse operations as a hands-on leader and leads warehouse team members by example to ensure all policies and best practices are being followed
• Supervises and improves all inbound, outbound and internal inventory movement
• Directs workload and daily assignments of warehouse team members
• Provides on-the-job training to employees
• Works with Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team lead to manage staffing and workflow
• Maintains an organized warehouse, including inspecting equipment, maintaining inventory and placing orders as needed
• Provides feedback on warehouse team members' performance to Warehouse Manager
• Supports Warehouse Manager on projects as needed 
• Coordinates daily with day shift management to align on priorities and optimize operational workflow 
• Monitors workspace for safety to ensure all tasks are carried out with safety in mind and all safety processes and procedures are followed 
• Ensures a clean and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Warehouse Supervisor experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
• Ability to multi-task 
• Experience with stand-up forklifts
