Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati Northeast is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team! 

Shift: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM 

Pay: $20 an hour 

Location: Blue Ash Area 

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment tools to identify top talent.
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Professional Customer Service  
• Bachelors Degree is a plus 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills
