Leasing Assistant

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Leasing Assistant to join a busy property management team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping create a positive experience for residents and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with leasing and administrative tasks
• Greeting prospective tenants and answering inquiries
• Scheduling property tours and appointments
• Assisting with applications, leases, and resident paperwork
• Maintaining organized tenant files and records
• Supporting property management staff with daily operations
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests

Qualifications:

• Previous office, customer service, or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Professional and positive attitude
