Job Title: General Laborer – Moving & Storage Pay Rate: $18 - $20.00 (Based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – ~3:30 PM (End time varies based on job completion) Availability: Must be available for occasional weekends and overtime
Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our moving and storage team as General Laborers. This physically demanding role involves assisting with residential and commercial moves, loading and unloading trucks, packing/unpacking, and safely handling customers' belongings.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items from trucks or storage units
Pack and wrap items securely for transport
Disassemble and reassemble furniture when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Must be physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items repeatedly throughout the day
Punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Prior moving experience is a plus but not required
