Assembler Job Summary:

A leading manufacturer of electrical enclosures and industrial products is seeking an Assembler to join its Belding team. This position plays a key role in the production and assembly of high-quality electrical enclosure products used in a variety of industrial and commercial applications. Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical enclosure components and related products according to work instructions and quality standards
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently and safely
• Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality before packaging
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and production specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies
• Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment or further processing
• Work collaboratively with team members and production staff to meet daily production goals

Schedule & Pay: 

• 3rd shift 9:00pm-5:00am; Sunday-Thursday
• $22.25/HR

Assembler Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Ability to utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the duration of the shift
• Capable of lifting up to 40–50 pounds as needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
