Maintenance Technician (21/hr, EPA required) - temp-to-hire

Express is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a luxury Gainesville property  with an opportunity for permanent hire for knowledgeable and reliable technicians.

 

Position will have the following job duties: installation and replacement of light fixtures, painting, drywall, appliance installation/troubleshooting, ceiling fans, garbage disposals, faucets, toilets, caulking, grounds work, trash removal and other duties as assigned. 

 

Candidates should have 3 years' experience working in an apartment maintenance position, handyman, or other highly corollary position.  $21/hr to start. 

 

Position requires EPA certification.  Candidates should have reliable transportation. Candidates will submit to drug and background screening.
