2nd 1-9 Paint Line Assistant

Paint Line Assistant Job Summary: 

A Company located in Grand Rapids that makes a variety of springs and dampers for a variety of sectors is looking for a Paint Line Assistant to join their team. 

Paint Line Assistant Responsibilities:

• Move stock to and from paint line
• Change cylinder rod adapters when necessary
• Load and/or unload cylinders from paint line
• Visual inspection for paint defects
• Keep parts properly identified
• Must work in other departments during work shortages on paint line
• Reject/rework tickets, daily production report, posting to correct manufacturing work order

Paint Line Assistant Schedule & Pay:

• 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm with overtime as needed
• $17.30/hr with a great range for wage growth

Paint Line Assistant Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with paint systems is required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
• Ability to work in a warm environment
• Ability to properly communicate information to team members and various departments
