Express Employment Professionals seeks a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a Full-Time Contract position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data. This position requires a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, as well as reliability and dependability in completing tasks within specified deadlines. This position is expected to run through the end of September. You must me committed to working through the entire contract.

 

Pay: $17.25/hr. 

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

 

Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and input data effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and data management.
• Proficiency in using data entry software, databases, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
