A local bank in Killeen is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to support the Human Resources department on a short-term assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous administrative or front desk experience who enjoys working in a professional office environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 1-hour lunch daily

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Assisting with office organization and administrative support
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist and/or administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work well with others
