Schedule: Part-Time | Weekends Required

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Tasting Room Associate to join our winery team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests through wine service, hospitality, and product knowledge. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Serve wine tastings and educate guests on wine selections
• Process purchases using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room
• Restock wine, merchandise, and supplies as needed
• Assist during winery events and busy weekends
• Promote wine club memberships and winery products
• Follow all alcohol service and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Must have a valid OLCC permit
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Weekend availability is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hospitality, restaurant, retail, or winery experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
