Job Description

Our client in Mentor is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join their team. This position involves shipping and receiving, order picking, inventory handling, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
• Assist with stocking, labeling, and material handling
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic computer or scanner experience preferred
