Position Overview

We are looking for a welcoming and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer and reservation system knowledge is a plus
• Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
