Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the warehouse, production areas, and outdoor grounds. Duties include warehouse cleanup, general maintenance tasks, grass cutting, trimming plants, assisting with facility upkeep, and supporting plant operations while following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned work areas and facility grounds.
• Perform outdoor maintenance including mowing grass and trimming plants.
• Assist with general maintenance and basic repairs as needed.
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements at all times.
• Report leaks, hazards, or unusual operating conditions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in general maintenance, warehouse, manufacturing, or facilities work preferred.
• 1 year experience in grounds keeping required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, cold, noisy, and outdoor environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work extended shifts.
• Must work well independently and in a team environment.
