Position Summary

The Motor Coach Dispatcher coordinates charter trips by scheduling drivers, reviewing trip details, and ensuring safe, efficient operations while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities
Schedule and assign drivers based on availability, experience, and customer needs.
Review trip schedules and itineraries for accuracy.
Communicate schedules, updates, and trip changes to drivers.
Prepare and distribute driver paperwork and trip information.
Maintain communication with customers and management as needed.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Collect and review post-trip paperwork and documentation.
Assist with driver training, meetings, and onboarding.
Qualifications
Dispatching, logistics, or transportation experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
Proficient with computers and scheduling systems.
