Position Overview
We are hiring dependable and hardworking Line Operators / General Laborers to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves machine loading and unloading, palletizing finished products, material handling, and assisting with production line operations.
This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with general labor or warehouse experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and lifting consistently throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Load production cores into machinery for plastic shrink wrap manufacturing
- Unload completed products from machines
- Palletize finished materials and prepare them for shipment
- Shrink wrap pallets for storage and transport
- Use pallet jacks to move materials and resin boxes throughout the facility
- Connect hoses to resin containers for machine production use
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to consistently lift 40–50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking
- Ability to safely move materials and operate pallet jacks
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
