Pay: $20–$24/hr DOE | Up to $26–$27/hr for Dye Pen Certified Candidates

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring for a skilled Assembly / Quality Technician for a growing manufacturing facility in South Fort Worth. Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and industrial assembly duties
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products and components
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the facility
• Assist with shop operations, material handling, and production support
• Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience required
• Quality inspection or quality assurance experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a shop environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Dye Penetrant Testing certification or experience is a major plus

• Dye Penetrant (Dye Pen) Testing
• Mechanical assembly
• Industrial manufacturing
• QA/QC inspection
• Material handling
• Blueprint or specification reading
