  • Payrate: $22+/hr. (Based on Experience)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a detail-driven Investor Reporting Specialist with strong experience in bank reconciliations, investor reporting, accounting, or mortgage servicing. If you thrive in a deadline-driven environment and enjoy solving discrepancies, analyzing financial data, and keeping operations running smoothly — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and submit investor reports accurately and on time
  • Perform detailed bank and custodial reconciliations
  • Research and resolve reporting discrepancies
  • Monitor cash activity, wires, and remittances
  • Work with accounting, servicing, and compliance teams
  • Support audits and maintain regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Education and/or Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related preferred
    • Equivalent mortgage servicing or investor reporting experience may be considered
  • 2+ years of experience in:
    • Mortgage servicing
    • Investor reporting
    • Accounting/financial operations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • MSP or FICS Mortgage Servicer experience is a plus
