Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks following detailed procedures and work instructions
• Use hand tools and operate assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and report defects or production issues promptly
• Maintain productivity targets throughout the shift

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work at a steady, fast-paced production rate
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Standing for extended periods during shift
• Use of hand tools and assembly machinery

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
