Part-Time Virtual Training Coordinator (Temporary)

Schedule:
Part-Time | Tuesday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule may transition to Monday – Friday.

Assignment Duration:
Temporary position from June through November, with a slight possibility of extension based on project completion timelines.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Training Coordinator to support the delivery of virtual training sessions during a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This role serves as the behind-the-scenes producer and administrator for virtual classes, ensuring smooth session execution while providing excellent support to both trainers and attendees.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has strong technical and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support virtual training sessions from start to finish
  • Upload training materials for attendee access and download
  • Monitor attendance and maintain accurate participation records
  • Assist attendees and trainers through chat support during live sessions
  • Organize and manage breakout rooms
  • Support trainers with polling features, annotations, and session management
  • Admit participants into virtual sessions and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Post attendance records into the learning management system after each class
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure accuracy across multiple systems
  • Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism during all interactions

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • STRONG experience managing ZOOM meetings
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable handling challenges and troubleshooting in a live virtual environment
  • Proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Excel
    • Microsoft Teams
    • SharePoint
    • Zoom
    • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience with attendance tracking and data entry preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience supporting virtual meetings, webinars, or online training sessions
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or changing situations
  • Strong time management and follow-through skills
