Pay Rate: $15.60 per hour

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime available on Fridays and occasional weekends based on production needs

• Operate and monitor inner bar machining equipment
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Make basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues
• Support production goals by meeting daily output targets

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience required
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
