Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an Office Support professional for one of our Valdosta clients! This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting daily business operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Answer phones and respond to emails 
  • Prepare reports, documents, and verify serial numbers 
  • Investigate shortages and discrepancies 
  • File and maintain organized records 
  • Greet visitors and clients professionally 
  • Handle inquiries and resolve basic issues 
  • Support daily operations to ensure efficiency 

Schedule & Pay 

Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM 

$16.00 per hour (Weekly pay) 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative office experience required 
  • Strong organization and time management skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Problem-solving ability 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
