Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Fort Worth, TX Area
Schedule: Full-Time (8-5)
Pay: $30–$40/hour DOE
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing industrial services team supporting a variety of industrial and mechanical projects. This position will work alongside trained industrial mechanics in multiple industrial environments performing equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication work while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
This role requires someone who can work well in a team environment, follow direction from project leadership, and complete projects safely and efficiently within scheduled timelines.
Responsibilities
- Perform industrial mechanical maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations
- Align, assemble, and disassemble industrial machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools in industrial settings
- Assist with welding and metal fabrication projects as needed
- Follow directions from Job Leads and Project Managers
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
- Travel to various job sites as required
- Complete projects safely, efficiently, and within scope
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industrial mechanic or millwright experience in an industrial environment
- Welding and metal fabrication experience preferred
- Experience using industrial hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly
- Ability to safely operate tools and equipment in industrial settings
