Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a Warehouse Lead position for a small distribution center based in Lakewood Ranch, FL.

Duties:
- Supervise and support warehouse associates during daily operations
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory activities
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time
- Enforce company policies and OSHA safety regulations
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment when required
- Communicate with supervisors and other departments regarding workflow and operational issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
