Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Administrative Support role within the Finance department.

This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Finance Manager, with a focus on data entry, document control, and general office coordination. The successful candidate will support the accuracy of financial records and assist with day-to-day operational efficiency within a fast-paced finance environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting and office administration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform accurate data entry into accounting systems, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms
  • Organize, file, and maintain electronic and paper-based financial records
  • Download, format, and prepare Excel files for reporting and record-keeping
  • Assist with invoice processing, document preparation, and basic reconciliations
  • Provide general administrative support, including scanning, copying, and correspondence handling
  • Respond to internal information requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Support daily finance and office administrative functions
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial documentation and records

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
  • Experience in a finance or accounting environment is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or CRM systems is considered an asset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
