ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician / Department
Lead to oversee and grow the HVAC division of an established plumbing and
mechanical services company in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is more than a
technician role — it's a leadership opportunity for someone who can run the
department, drive new business, and deliver top-quality service to both
residential and commercial clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the HVAC department across commercial
  and residential accounts
- Coordinate technician scheduling, project timelines, and job completion
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to keep a steady pipeline of
  incoming business
- Perform and supervise HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance on
  residential and commercial systems
- Ensure quality control and code compliance on all jobs
- Represent the company professionally with clients and maintain strong
  customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC repair, installation, and diagnostics
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Sales experience or a willingness to actively contribute to business
  development
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Arizona HVAC license preferred
