As a Recruiter / Staffing Consultant, you'll be accountable for:

  • Recruiting and interviewing top talent
  • Matching qualified candidates with the right employers
  • Building strong relationships with associates and clients
  • Keeping associates engaged while on assignment
  • Solving problems before they become emergencies
  • Following up with both clients and associates
  • Filling urgent job openings with speed and accuracy
  • Working closely with our Business Development team to grow accounts
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience every single day
