Key Responsibilities

• Operate decking machinery and production equipment according to company procedures
• Set up machines for daily production runs, including adjustments for size, material, and specifications
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production
• Measure, cut, and assemble decking materials to exact specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machinery
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety policies
• Follow all company safety guidelines, including proper use of protective equipment
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly
• Assist team members as needed to meet daily production goals
