Salary: $18/hr

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack HVAC parts, supplies, and equipment based on work orders and invoices
• Prepare materials for delivery routes and installation teams
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory counts and stocking materials
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse processes

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, pick pack, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus
