The Specialized Recruiting Group, a division of Express Employment Professionals in Ithaca, NY are sourcing proactive and personable candidates for many HR Openings. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in employee relations, investigations, recruitment, and HR systems administration. They will support employees and leadership while helping maintain efficient and compliant HR operations. 

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Manage employee relations issues and conduct workplace investigations.
• Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain HR processes within ADP, including employee data and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims, leave of absence cases, and employee benefits administration, including 401(k) programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3+ years of HR experience. Experience with ADP, employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and workers’ compensation is preferred. Strong communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
