Position Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Final Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure they meet quality standards and identifying any defects during the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of processed circuit board panels using a light table
• Identify defects such as bridges, breaks, slivers, line reduction, voids, excessive copper, and poor plating
• Rework defective pieces when possible to meet quality specifications
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while inspecting high volumes of parts
• Follow all standard operating procedures and quality guidelines

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the Department Supervisor and Director of Operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Good manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools
• Strong visual acuity required for detailed inspection work

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt, and chemicals
• Use of light tables, small hand tools, and inspection equipment
