Compensation

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants (turns)
• Conduct routine inspections of property, buildings, and equipment
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

On-Call Requirements

• Must be available 24/7 on-call to respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed

Requirements

• Must provide own tools necessary to perform job duties
• Prior maintenance experience preferred (apartment or related field a plus)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
