Hours: M-F 7am - 5pm (30-60 lunch)

Pay: $15-16/hour, DOE

Temporary Customer Service / Office Clerk – 3 Month Assignment

 

We are currently seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service / Office Clerk for a temporary 3-month assignment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors while providing general office support in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and accurately take and deliver messages
• Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a professional manner
• Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate department or personnel
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Maintain organized records, files, and office documents
• Assist with data entry and basic computer tasks
• Support office staff with additional administrative projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge, including email and data entry
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3 months, offering valuable office experience in a professional setting.
