Express Employment is hiring reliable and motivated Line Pack Associates to support production operations on 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role is responsible for packing finished products, maintaining production flow, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack finished products from the production line according to specifications

• Inspect products for quality, defects, and proper labeling

• Maintain steady production flow and assist with line efficiency

• Stack, label, and prepare products for shipment or next production stage

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines

• Work collaboratively with team members and line leads to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift schedules

• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• HSD or GED required
