seeking a dedicated and skilled Gluer/Wrapper and Baler Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery that glues, wraps, and bales products, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain gluing, wrapping, and baling machines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency of products.
• Adjust machine settings to accommodate different products and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to prevent downtime.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating gluing, wrapping, and baling machines preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic machine maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
