Warehouse Coordinator | Monday - Friday 7:00a - 3:00p | $25.00 - $30.00/hour | Dekalb, IL

 

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping activities in a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Coordinator will help ensure accurate inventory records, process incoming materials, coordinate shipments, and communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain operational efficiency.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Process inventory receipts and warehouse transactions accurately
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Communicate shortages or shipping concerns to appropriate departments
• Support warehouse organization and continuous improvement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Degree Required, College Degree preferred
• 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials management experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to use Oracle
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Pay & Benefits

• $25.00 - $30.00/ hour based on experience and qualifications
