Express is seeking an experienced and reliable Facility Maintenance Worker for our client in Reading, PA! This a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a local company that offers full time hours in a flexible environment. 

 

Facility Maintenance Worker 

 

Pay: $22.00-$28.00/hr

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday (7:00AM - 3:30PM)

Location: Reading, PA 

Responsibilities of the Facility Maintenance Worker:

• Conduct facility inspections and complete preventive maintenance lists
• Basic plumbing and pipe fitting experience to address leaks, clogs, and/or other
  drainage issues
• Basic electrical wiring capabilities to address facility electrical concerns
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Facility Maintenance Worker:

• Prior experience in facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical, etc) and using related equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to focus on tasks, detail oriented
