We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our growing production team in Meriden, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and enjoys hands-on, skilled work in an industrial environment.

What You’ll Do

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming materials
Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes
Inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and specifications are met
Mix paints and coatings according to required formulas and standards
Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, clean condition
Follow all safety procedures related to chemicals, respirators, and equipment use
Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations

What We’re Looking For

Previous industrial painting experience preferred
Experience with spray painting equipment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to follow instructions and technical specifications
Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
