Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Longmont, CO (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm (rotational on-call nights/weekends)
Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary:
Performs general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance across housing properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, unit turns, and grounds maintenance. Ensures buildings and units are safe, functional, and meet quality and appearance standards for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and repairs
• Complete unit turns including inspections, cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
• Maintain grounds including snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance in a timely manner
• Respond to on-call emergencies and coordinate vendor work as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years maintenance or construction experience (or equivalent) required
• Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
• Valid Colorado driver’s license required
• Ability to pass background check, physical, and drug screening
• Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation
