Key Responsibilities

Hardware and Technical Work

• Upgrade systems for custom orders with high attention to detail, cleanliness, and accuracy
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, all-in-ones, and other electronics
• Independently identify and resolve hardware and basic software issues
• Disassemble laptops, inspect internal components, and reassemble to like-new condition
• Identify upgrade options based on physical hardware configuration
• Verify system components and partitions using command prompt

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on computer hardware experience required
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot PC components independently
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic math skills required
• Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required
• Self-starter who takes initiative and uses available resources
