Shipping & Receiving Associate
Duncan, SC
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18–$20/hr

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Duncan, SC. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming shipments and finished goods
• Use SAP software
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders to prevent damage during transit
• Verify shipment accuracy against invoices, manifests, and purchase orders
• Maintain shipping and receiving documentation, inventory records, and cycle counts
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
• Build wooden crates and skids for heavy equipment shipments
• Coordinate daily shipments with supervisors and sales team
• Use RF scanners, UPS WorldShip, SAP, and Microsoft Office for inventory and shipping tasks
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of shipping & receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Experience with UPS WorldShip, SAP, and Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand/power tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read packing lists and shipping documents
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
