Fence Installer-General Labor

Located in Bremerton, WA

Salary: $19-$25/hour DOE

Overview: 

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Fence Installer / General Laborer on behalf of a reputable, locally-owned fencing company. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and taking pride in building quality structures. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work in varying weather conditions. 

 

Job Duties: 

• Assist with installation of residential and commercial fencing (wood, chain link, vinyl, etc.) 

• Dig post holes, set posts, and assemble fence materials 

• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment 

• Measure and align fencing according to job specifications 

• Operate basic hand tools and power tools 

• Maintain a clean and safe job site 

• Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors 

• Perform general labor tasks as needed to complete projects 

Requirements: 

• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, digging, carrying materials) 

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions 

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record 

• Ability to work well in a team environment 

• Construction or fencing experience preferred but not required 

• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures 

Hours/Shift: 

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 

 

Pay: 

$19.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE
