We are partnering with a large, well-established, local organization to hire an experienced IT Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of technology initiatives and operational improvement projects.

This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping drive the successful implementation of small to medium-sized IT projects from planning through deployment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and keep projects moving forward in a collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects from initiation through implementation and release
• Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
• Facilitate communication across project teams and business units
• Identify and mitigate project risks, scope changes, and resource challenges
• Support project documentation, status reporting, and implementation efforts
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project delivery coordination
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with operational goals

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of professional project management experience in an IT or technical environment
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
• PMP certification or public-sector experience is a plus
