Our client is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to provide support for daily branch operations. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse and forklift experience, exceptional communication and customer service skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Duties:

• Pull orders for customers
• Receive, load, and unload shipments
• Prepare product for shipment
• Process paperwork on damaged products
• Break down and put away stock using proper equipment
• Greet customers and answer phones (As needed)
• Provide accurate and timely execution of customer’s orders and requests
• Use the computer to do invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement/replenishment, cash box reconciliation etc.

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse experience
• Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, stretching and ability to climb ladders
