Luxury Fairfield Property seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with painting and minor fixes around their property! 

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance:
• Assist in keeping all common areas (lobbies, restrooms, hallways) clean and well-maintained.
• Perform light carpentry work, including repairing furniture, doors, or walls as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and report any larger repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Minor Repairs:
• Perform basic electrical tasks such as changing light bulbs, resetting circuit breakers, and ensuring all lights are operational.
• Conduct minor plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains).
• Assist in HVAC maintenance by replacing filters and checking thermostat settings.

• Equipment & Tool Handling:
• Use basic hand tools and power tools to perform repair work as required.
• Maintain the inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies, restocking as needed.

• Grounds keeping:
• Ensure the exterior of the property is kept clean and free of debris.
• Assist with basic landscaping tasks, such as raking leaves, trimming bushes, and sweeping sidewalks.

• Support to Maintenance Team:
• Assist senior maintenance staff with larger projects and emergency repairs when necessary.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and building systems to extend their operational lifespan.

• Safety & Compliance:
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any hazards or safety concerns promptly to supervisor

Part Time: 

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
