Express Employment is currently hiring an experienced Medical Receptionist for one of our clients in Brandon, FL. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical office setting and be proficient in handling front desk responsibilities. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answer multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
• Verify patient insurance and demographic information.
• Maintain and organize patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Manage office correspondence, filing, and general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and office management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Compensation: $18/Hr. (Based on experience)
