We are placing Production Associates with manufacturing and production facilities throughout St. Louis City. These are active, hands-on roles for dependable workers who are ready to contribute to a team-driven production environment from day one.

What We Offer

• Pay: $15-17.50/hr depending on experience
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions available

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating production machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards
• Assembling, packaging, or processing materials along a production line
• Monitoring product quality and flagging defects or irregularities
• Following standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Keeping workstations clean and organized throughout the shift
• Meeting daily production targets as part of a team

To Be Considered

• Prior production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 30-50 lbs
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work any assigned shift
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
