We are placing assemblers at manufacturing and production facilities throughout St. Charles County. These are hands-on roles in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and consistent production output are key.

What We Offer

• Pay: $16-18/hr depending on experience
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions available

What You'll Be Doing

• Assembling components or finished products using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
• Following work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions
• Inspecting completed assemblies for defects and quality compliance
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Meeting daily production goals and quotas

To Be Considered

• Prior assembly or light manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 30-50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
