Truss Builder

Located in Delaware, OH

Salary: $17 to $18/hr-1st & 2nd Shift

Truss Builder – $17 to $18/hr - 1^st and 2^nd Shift.  Bilingual a plus!

A Delaware, OH company is currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for Truss Builder positions. This role is responsible for assembling wood trusses and wall panels using hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble wood trusses and building components according to specifications
• Read measuring tools and follow blueprints/drawings
• Operate hand tools, nail guns, and other production equipment
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Lift, move, and stack materials throughout the shift
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Previous construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Benefits:

·         Pay starts at $17.00/hr 1^st shift and $18/hr 2^nd shift

• Weekly pay
