Janitorial DSP Float Crew Member

Salary: 16.50

We are looking for a motivated individual for a Janitorial DSP Float Crew Member in the Roseburg area.

Wage: $16.50+/HR DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. or when route is finished

35-40 Hours per week. Some overtime and weekends required. Locations vary.

Individual will be working with a janitorial crew cleaning, mopping, dusting, vacuuming in a business/industrial setting. Safely drive crew to various locations in the community and maintain security at facilities. This position will serve as a role model for appropriate work behaviors.

Requirements-

• At least one year of janitorial or supervisory experience or acceptable combination of experience, preferred.
• At least one year of working with individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities where compassion, patience, dignity, and respect are tenants of daily interactions, preferred.
• Proficient with email applications, word processing, and cloud software applications, such as Microsoft office, Clean Guru, Paycor, and SetWorks, preferred.
• General knowledge of janitorial cleaning products and equipment.
• Able to work independently, displaying initiative and creativity in the workplace.
• Must have a high attention to detail with a heart for service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid Oregon driver’s license and insurable by Sunrise insurance carrier.
• Pass criminal history check. (May include fingerprints and additional CJIS Background Check)
• Pass drug screen including marijuana/THC.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
• Intermittent standing, walking, stooping, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, climbing, stairs, and sitting.
• Occasional lifting up to 45 lbs.
• Occasional driving.
