We are seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join a local construction business in Fargo, ND. This role will support AP functions and step into a critical position. You’ll work closely with the Accounting & HR Manager and receive hands-on training to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable for multiple entities
  • Code and allocate invoices to appropriate cost departments
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments
  • Assist with reconciliations and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Follow established processes and ensure consistency across entities
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous accounts payable or accounting support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn systems and follow structured processes
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to ask questions and learn
  • Reliable and ability to manage deadlines
